A note on our records
Following the merger of Albany Athletics Club and Albany Little Athletics Club in 2025, we created a current list of records in all age groups. This process was conducted following consultation with club members throughout 2026.
Merging the old records from Albany Athletics Club was not possible. In some events, specifications varied between the two clubs (so we couldn’t compare ‘like’ for ‘like’). In other events, we were unable to ascertain the age of the athlete due to the nature of the record-keeping.
With this in mind, we reinstated Albany Little Athletic records (current as of the end of the 2025-26 season).
All historic records are maintained and preserved on our website and similar historic records for both previous clubs are presented as an appendix in the main records document for U7-Open age groups.
